Returns and Refunds

Warranty
If a product develops a confirmed technical or manufacturing issue within the first 14 days, the case may be reviewed for replacement or refund.
After the initial 14-day period, warranty service is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer or authorized service center in Kuwait.
Digital Products
Digital products, electronic codes, gift cards, activation codes, and similar digital items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical issue is confirmed.
