We currently deliver within Kuwait only.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on:

- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers will be contacted if there is a significant delay affecting their order.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before the order is completed.
Order Confirmation
Orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.
Elsada Group may contact the customer to verify:
- Order details
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Payment details
- Product availability
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Area
- Block
- Street
- Building or house number
- Floor and apartment number, where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays.
Receiving the Order
The order must be received by the same person who placed the order.
For identity verification, the customer must present their original Civil ID at the time of delivery.
Delivery will only be completed after the customer’s identity has been successfully verified using their Civil ID.
The order will not be handed over to another person unless this has been approved in advance by Elsada Group.
If the customer is unable to provide the required Civil ID for verification, Elsada Group may refuse to complete the delivery.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, missing identity verification, or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for a new delivery attempt.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete order, please contact Elsada Group as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Details of the issue
- Photos or videos where applicable
The case will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy, warranty terms, and applicable Kuwait consumer protection requirements.
